An agreement between CRUIZE Of Frequente, St. George in the island of Grenada (hereinafter called the owners) of on part and renter (hereinafter called the hirer) of the other part. Whereas the Owners agree to hire a Motorcar, particulars of which are stated in the schedule, hereto upon the terms and conditions
hereinafter stated.
TERMS OF RENTAL CONDITIONS
1. The vehicle shall be driven by the hirer and no other person during the period of the hire. Unless the authorize by the vendor.
2. The vehicle is rented based on a 24-hour period and the hirer agrees to return the vehicle at the date and time specified; failure to do so will result in a charge of US$200 per day or any part of the hour for which the vehicle is kept overtime.
3. The vehicle shall be delivered with fuel ¼, ½, ¾, full tank and the hirer is responsible for re-fueling the vehicle throughout the rental period and agrees to return the vehicle with the amount of fuel when delivered. A re-fueling charge will apply if the hirer fails to do so.
4. The hirer must possess a valid driver’s license. A copy of this license must be uploaded to the hirer profile during registration and booking of a rental. The photo must clearly show following information.

5. The owner warrants that the car complies with all legal requirements in all respects as to licenses, insurance required by law, certificate and other matters, and that such matters cover the driving of the vehicle by the hirer.
6. The hirer shall be liable for any/all damages to the vehicle during the period of hire.
7. The owner shall not in any event be liable for damages in respect of delay through breakdown or accident.
8. The hirer reserves the option to select the insurance option during the booking of the vehicle. This refundable deposit also acts as a guarantee to ensure the return of the vehicle in the state it was given.
9. The Hirer is responsible for all parking violations, fines and penalties during the period of hire.
10. The Owners reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time should the vehicle be abused in any way.
